Returns & Refund Policies

All products – opened or not. Counting from the time the Delivered order is successful, send the items back to us within 14 business days and we’ll refund your money

Once we receive the package. You will receive the full purchase price of your product minus any shipping fees (unless of course, it was our error). If 14 days has passed since your purchase, we’re sorry, but we can’t accept this item as a return.

Cases where customers can return orders:

  • Product incorrect description.
  • Defective product due to manufacturer.
  • Product expired.
  • Product is damaged during shipping.
  • Product does not work.

Cancellation:

For cancelling your order, you should email to support@flyshouse.com within 6 hours of placing the order. All orders are shipped in 6-24 hours time and once shipped, it is has not possible to cancel the order. In cases the cancellation is received after 6 hours and package has been shipped, the buyer will be charged a restocking fees and return shipping fees  25% of order total or $25 whichever is larger.

 

Return & Refund process

  Email us at support@flyshouse.com. Including: #Your Order, First and Last name, Email address, Phone number and reason for return. Within 24 working hours, Flyshouse customer Care will send Return Labels file (have our warehouse address and return shipping method) to your email.

  You carefully package for Returned Order, Print and Paste the Return Labels on the package. Within 7-10 working days. You need ship Order Return to our warehouse at the address on Return Labels.

  After the order returns to our warehouse. Within 5-10 working days, we issue refund via your Paypal/Credit Card.
